Data & AI Services
Nimble Gravity, a data, AI and digital engineering consultancy backed by RallyDay Partners acquired Fog Solutions, adding Azure and Databricks engineering talent to its portfolio and reinforcing its focus on data modernization consulting.
Marlabs, a global digital solutions partner backed by BV Partners, acquired INDEAVR, a Swiss-Bulgarian IT engineering firm to enhances its presence in Europe and expands its digital solution capability in multiple industries.
Cybersecurity
Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has agreed to acquire CyberCX, a leading privately-owned cybersecurity services provider serving both private and public sector organizations across Australia, New Zealand and internationally. The deal is rumored to be valued at $650 million, making it Accentures largest cybersecurity acquisition to date.
Managed Services & Cloud Infrastructure
Slipstream IT secured new investment from GreyLion Partners and Denali Growth Partners to accelerate its expansion in life sciences IT. The investment will fund platform development, geographic expansion, and continued growth in data management and compliance-focused managed services.
Capgemini has signed an agreement to acquire Cloud4C, a leading provider of automation-driven managed services for hybrid and sovereign cloud environments. Cloud4C helps enterprises migrate, manage and optimize their technology and data leveraging its low-code, AI-ready platform and vertical specific frameworks, designed for the specific needs of businesses and industries.
Titan raised $74 million in a growth round led by General Catalyst to expand its AI-enabled managed services business serving financial institutions.

RUX Software acquired Open Door Technology and ERP Connect Consulting, consolidating leadership within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting. Grant Thornton announced the acquisition of Stax, a leading commercial diligence and value-creation advisory firm serving private equity sponsors. The acquisition adds approximately 300 professionals and expands Grant Thornton’s ability to deliver integrated transactions and transformation advisory services, reinforcing its position in the PE advisory ecosystem.
