The month’s activity underscored enduring demand for scale, vertical specialization, and automation-driven differentiation, as AI enablement and managed services continue to redefine competitive advantage.

Data, AI, and Digital Engineering

  • Acuity Knowledge Partners, global provider of bespoke research, data management, analytics and AI solutions, completed its acquisition of Ascent, broadening its Microsoft capabilities and analytics delivery footprint across Europe.

  • Hitachi, and its subsidiary GlobalLogic, agreed to acquire German data and AI services firm synvert to accelerate Agentic AI and Physical AI development.

  • nClouds, an AWS Premier Partner backed by Charles Thayne Capital, acquired PREDICTif Solutions, an AWS consulting partner recognized for its deep expertise in Data & Analytics, AI/ML, and cloud migrations.

ERP and Workforce Management

  • Argano, a global IT Services firm backed by Trinity Hunt Partners, announced its acquisition of HyBridge Solutions, its sixth transaction of 2025, strengthening expertise across UKG and Infor workforce management ecosystems.
